What were your first impressions of ICE Innovation?
You were all open and friendly and give off a great buzz. You have an infectious enthusiasm which I think is great!

Do your first impressions still stand after working with us?
Definitely. If anything, i'm even more enthusiastic to do more work with you!

When you first approached us to work with you, what was your reason?
I wanted a professional brand and website to help me grow my business. I did look at buying a pre-formed website, which would have been cheaper. But after working with you to create my branding, it was clear that you cared more about helping me to grow my business than simply making a sale. Your offer to help me on a quarterly basis to make sure I was getting the most of my website was also much more attractive than simply working on my own. I also valued the fact that I had the option to pay a bit more and get more support, which would lead to better results. And better results is exactly what I got! I also got to work with people that I like and trust!

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with regard to overall quality?
Exceptional and the brief worked out exactly as I had planned.

On a scale of 1-5, 5 being excellent and 1 being poor, how would you rate the overall service that you received from us?
5.

What word would you use to describe how well we understood your business and your requirements?
Superb.

Did our concepts meet or exceed your expectations?
You both met and exceeded my expectations.

What were some of the biggest benefits you found working with us?
The biggest benefit was working directly with the whole team. It was good to know I could pop in at any time and be dealt with. I wouldn’t want to work with a company who were miles away or only accessible over the phone. The funding you helped me to get was also a great perk!

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with regards to value?
Very good – You’re not the cheapest but definitely the best and that works for me!

Have you started to see any measurable results from the work we have done with you? Can you give some examples?
Yes I started to get portrait business from it quite quickly and it has continued to build ever since.

Was there any member of the team that you were particularly impressed with?
All of you – I think you’re all wonderful! Whenever I see you, you are smiley and friendly. I love your enthusiasm. It puts me at ease and is very inspiring without being cheesy!

How likely are you to use us again for future projects?
Extremely.

How likely are you to recommend us to your contacts?
I already refer you when I spot an opportunity and shall continue to do so as I know you will look after them.
